Tired of the same old dips? Try this easy one that has the unique flavor of black garlic.
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces sour cream
4-6 Obis One black garlic cloves, peeled and diced
1 TBSP shallot, diced small
1 tsp Obis One black garlic salt
Place cream cheese and sour cream in a glass bowl. Microwave 20 seconds. Remove and stir in remaining ingredients. Can be refrigerated overnight to enhance flavor and color. Serve with raw vegetables or chips.
Optional: Add one slice of finely diced crispy bacon!
Chef’s Note: Especially great with pretzel rods or as a coating for baked chicken.
