A new twist on an old favorite – one bite into the bread will surprise your taste buds!
1 loaf French or Italian bread
6-8 Obis One black garlic cloves, peeled and diced small
1 tsp Obis One black garlic salt
Preheat oven to 425F.
Cut bread in half lengthwise. Drizzle generously with your best olive oil. Top with diced black garlic. Pop in oven for about 4-6 minutes. Remove from oven when edges begin to brown. Drizzle olive oil again, but sparingly and sprinkle with black garlic salt. Serve it!
